My contribution on the ways for effective reinforcement can be through *Goal setting *Punishment *Negative reinforcement & *Feedback. -That is through planning what have to be achieved may lead to intrinsic motivation. Rewards & punishment also accounts for the probability of a certain behavior to occur thus reinforcement. -Feedback can be negative or positive which also is one way for effect reinforcement.
